Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up on Vancouver Island in British Columbia. It was in a small town so as a child I had to use my imagination for entertainment. This certainly has helped my writing, although my first short story is completely true without any hyperbole.

My survival against abuse and abandonment
What motivated you to become an indie author?
A burning desire to tell my story

Another true account of my experience living in an abusive household

What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
I love life

Yes, as a 3rd grader telling a story of surviving a shark attack!
