Interview with Zack Murphy

What do your fans mean to you?
I have fans? You may be mistaken. If I do, they're mainly invisible and/or really embarrassed by liking my work. But, if in the off-chance I do have fans; they mean more to me than my children (seeing that they refuse to read my book).
What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
My children jumping on my face. Nothing motivates someone to wake up and greet the day like 4 pointy little elbows and 4 sharp little knees jabbing you in the neck and throat.
What is your writing process?
Put on a little music, pour a glass of wine and dim the lights. It's a very romantic process.
When did you first start writing?
My mother says, and whether or not you choose to believe her story is entirely up to you, that I started reading at the age of 2 years old. So, I assume I would have started writing a few words around then also.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
The lack of anyone wanting to pay me.

In one week the anti-Christ is due to be born, and it’s up to Barnaby, an Agent of Death to try and stop it. Assisted by an angel, a human woman, a self-obsessed Sci-Fi actor and the flamboyant Santa Clause of Norway, he’ll try his best to keep the world from coming to a premature end. With time running out they’ll race to keep humanity from ending and the after-life from overcrowding.
