Louise graduated from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition in Richmond after completing two Psychology degrees in South Africa. Her interest lies in the interaction of nutrition in the body and how this can impact a person psychologically, physically and emotionally. She is a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and is regulated by the British Association of Applied Nutrition & Nutritional Therapy (BANT). She currently sees clients for nutritional consultations and lectures in her spare time. Louise believes that wellness is more than an absence of illness. Wellness is having the energy to do the things you dream of. A healthy body and mind starts with the nourishment of every cell in your body.
