Sally Pederson was born in Canada with a Canadian mother and a Dutch immigrant father. She has spent over 12 years in the Medical, Health and Safety industry. She enjoys participating in numerous outdoor activities such as surfing, zip lining, canyoning (repelling down canyons and waterfalls) hiking, white water rafting, and running marathons. She is also very adventurous. Having traveled through 10 different countries and living in three different continents all by 35 years of age. What makes her even more incredible is she has accomplished all of this while starting and running a successful company and raising her daughter on her own. All of this as well as many other personal experiences have given her the inspiration to write all her current and future books.
