Ken Theissen
Biography
Born and raised in Wantagh, New York, Ken now calls Florida home where he lives with his wife Dina, their Daughter Alyssa and plenty of furry, feathery and lovable pets. As a lifetime athlete and fitness enthusiast, Ken works as a trainer, both within the local area and online, designing fitness programs for clients with various fitness related goals. As of June, 2022 Ken has published two books about his families life with Gracie The Blue Jay, a blue Jay rescued by the family when he was days old. Gracie's Colorful World and Gracie's Wild Adventures are both uplifting and adventurous reads for all ages to enjoy. Ken has also written articles for Fitness publications over the years, including: Fitness Plus, Exercise For Men and Natural Bodybuilder magazine. He enjoys spending his spare time watching movies, browsing book stores or enjoying the beach and park with his family.
