Bill spent more than 40 years in public education as a teacher, coach, counselor, principal, central office administrator, and superintendent. He has also worked as a recreation leader, career counselor, and unemployment specialist. Bill and his wife live in southwest Washington. They have two grown children and five grandchildren. Bill earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Theory & Educational Leadership.
Tallis dreamed of following in his father's footsteps and joined Herod's Army at the age of eighteen with dreams of becoming a Centurion like his father.
