Karyn Rizzo, owner of ELITE Marketing has over 20 years experience working in the healthcare industry. A native of Chicago, Illinois, she has lived in Florida and loves the beaches and wonderful weather.
She has worked as a case manager and marketer in the long term care senior housing, assisted living and skilled nursing center markets.
Her initial experiences in Physician Administration outlined the challenges physicians face running a medical practice, as well as the influences of Insurance Companies and our elected officials on patient’s healthcare options and benefits.
Subsequently, working in the Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Center markets created a unique outlook on the ever changing climate of patient needs and healthcare resources available to them. Her familiarity with all types of healthcare providers gives her a creative and unique expertise in navigating our healthcare system.
Her passion to help families connect to local resources, receive knowledge and care, has been a key theme of her work over the years. As a patient advocate in every sense, she has worked diligently to protect seniors and their families from those that would take advantage of them for their own personal or financial gain.
After years of witnessing families and caregivers struggle to find quality providers and healthcare benefits for their loved ones, she now offers a resource guide that has honest insider information on the industry. Her resource guide is helping seniors and caregivers navigate around the “BUSINESS” of Aging in America.
