Biography
Anthony L. Proctor Sr. is the Executive Pastor of the fastest growing church in Jacksonville, NC where the Honourable Senior Pastor's are Bishop Will and Pastor Mickey Smith. Born in Tallahassee Florida, he received a BA in Human Resources from Touro University International and a MBA w/concentration of Strategic Leadership from Trident University International. He also holds a Master's of Biblical Counseling from Justice Fellowship International College, Doctorate of Christian Education from Destiny Theological Institute, a Doctorate of Philosophy in Christian Ministry from Grace Bible College and Seminary and an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity from Christian Bible Institute and Seminary. He is the Chancellor and founder of both Empowering Kingdom Greatness Ministry Training Institute and Carolina Theological Institute and Seminary.
