L.A. Johnson is a retired teacher. As a graduate student at Purdue, she published over 17 articles and book reviews while also earning her M.S and Ph.D. Her hobbies are reading, writing, crocheting, and fishing.

I try to set aside at least two hours a day to devote to writing.
What was the first story you wrote?
The first story I wrote was a play that I wrote in high school, "Destination Death."
