I stated writing in my diary at age 12, and articles for local newspapers when I was about 15. I started a blog when I left Canada to try living in Europe for a while, and now, in my mid-thirties, I'm starting to write work to be published.

I worked in news television for 13 years. It was my major after high school. I worked behind the scenes, and occasionally in front of the camera. I learned a lot over that time, and had always wanted to teach people how things work in a news station. My first book, "Make Money with Video", was a brainstorm I had while working in television but I didn't start writing it until after I'd left my career to try out Europe. I think this book provides great insight into something most of the public doesn't know about.
