L A Hammer

Biography

I love writing my fantasy novels, it has always been my dream career. I love reading fantasy novels from the classics like Bram Stoker to Terry Brooks or Stephen Donaldson, but I also enjoy studying and reading on subjects like psychology, religion, science, history and professional writing. I live in a small town north of Melbourne Airport, Victoria, and spend all of my spare time at the desk writing the next book in the Sons of Odin series. I have a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Visual Art, with studies in Literature, psychology and film studies. Writing, publishing, design and marketing, as well as working with my publishing team is a very rewarding and time consuming career, but it is everything I hoped it would be and much much more.
The free version of Book One now has hyperlinks for Contents to Chapter menus, and includes a preview of Book Two with the prologue added at the end of Book One. Listing Sons of Odin as Adult Content was just a precaution, the battle scenes against vampires and demons can be quite violent, so perhaps not for young readers, though the romance is subtle and clean, still I suggested it may be only suitable for over 18 year old readers, although I was reading Thomas Covenant by Stephen Donaldson at about age 10. The issues of psychology and mental illness were another reason for such precautions, although I am a little concerned that my book may be missed by many in searches without the adult content button selected.
Kind regards, L.A. Hammer
