Amy Thornton writes, paints and designs for a better world. Amy lives in Denver, where she practices her daily destiny of BEING in a DOING world.

Become inspired by Amy's story of reinvention in her new book: Chance to Change: A Midlife Resurrection. A delightful fusion of imaginative wisdom and insights around the journey into life's second half. Amy invents JOLLIs (just-one-little-letter-insights), Thornisms and typoknackabilities that deliver refreshing insights with simplicity and candor. Chance to Change, her first foray into creative nonfiction, expands upon themes found in her popular Stalk Your Talk and Dollishop transformational experiences.

Amy’s passion for artistic innovation began early under the influence of both her creative parents. At age twelve, she learned from her artist father how to hand set type on the family’s antique letterpress, and her zeal for creating graphics and publications took flight.

Through the past thirty years of professional artistry both as an internationally collected fine artist and award-winning creative director, Amy has lived and worked in London, Manhattan and Denver.
