I'm a data analyst who has shared and worked with hundreds of online users.
The Internet offers tremendous opportunities for e-commerce, communications, and marketing. Knowing how to use computer applications effectively is critically important. Users who have experience and practice in these areas will gain competitive advantages.
I also think personal privacy is very important, even on the Internet. We need to be more conscious of how we treat one another and other living creatures on this planet. We can always work to make the world a little better if we’re creative and proactive. So I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with others.
When did you first start writing?
I first started writing in a notebook I wouldn't show to anyone. It was a diary for my own private world about a few things I wanted to keep to myself. But at some point, I started to write stories that I wanted to share with others. As I gained more experience, I became interested in sharing my knowledge and experiences with others on the Internet.
What's the story behind your latest book?
There are millions of online sellers using e-commerce accounts today through dozens of major platforms such as Amazon, E-Bay, and others. It’s a tremendous challenge for those sellers to deal with hundreds of relatively complex features for their accounts. I felt it would be useful to provide a reference guide to help sellers with common account issues and manage their accounts more effectively.
Master Amazon account features and troubleshoot issues that affect your sales operations. This guide helps sellers to locate quick reference tips and tricks for effective online business management. Avoid time-consuming calls or annoying automated responses that don’t pinpoint causes. Sellers with the right information can troubleshoot and resolve almost all e-commerce issues for their accounts.
This book describes how internet users can become anonymous, secure and free. It gives many free resources and methods for users who want to go anonymous and protect their personal data from being accessed or hacked from outside sources. Ethical concerns for anonymous use are also discussed, along with legal issues that affect freedom and privacy for common citizens who use the internet.
