Anger in the workplace is both a negative and positive sign. I completely understand it if this sounds counter intuitive. Arguments and outbursts are disruptive, uncomfortable and rob the workplace of valuable time. The silver lining is that anger shows passion. Remember that people get angry or frustrated when they care about something.
