    This is a quick, fun, taboo, non con story. These monsters seem to have a soft side that makes them very loveable despite the fact they kidnap people. Only downside is I didn't want it to end. Looking forward to more.

    I really enjoyed the sweet characters and the plot in this one. It could have been a 5 state read had it been longer and developed more. For me the instalove was way too fast and unrealistic for me but it was an interesting quick read.

    Can be read as a standalone but the other characters from the previous books are mentioned, Niko and Wyatt. I think I missed that one so I'm going to go back and read it. Their characters were intriguing but I don't feel like I missed anything vital reading them out of order. This book is very taboo. It is also very sexy and sweet and well written with great world building and wonderful characters. It is short but still covers enough of their relationship to feel complete and I enjoyed their story from start to finish.

    14 years ago, these 2 brothers went through an absolutely tragic and traumatic past. Malcolm is haunted by nightmares but has no memory of what actually happened to him. Clay, on the other hand, remembers everything but has kept it all in. These 2 brothers resent each other in a way but at the same time are connected by their joint trauma and need each other. I enjoyed the MCs and the plot. Despite everything, they really do have a great connection. Unhealthy codependency for sure, but I am here for it. I did feel as if it was too short and needed more development. Especially for this couple that have been through so much together. It does say tbc, and I am looking forward to the next book. This was a great blend of taboo sweet and spicy and some kinky fun with a little non/con and dub con thrown in for extra spice. I wanted even more but that's just me.
