Beautiful short story about what's it like being gay in 50s. Loved every bit of it. Also describes the homophobia that was around during that time and how gay men hid behind a layer of masculinity to avoid harassment. Loved it. It's a must read for every LGBTQ person.

Beautiful short story of 2 two friends. Both of them got to reconnect on the last day of the high school. This reminds me of the loneliness which we all suffer. The fact that Nick and Chris have this last time to reconnect after almost 5 years makes it more painful. This is a very beautiful but heartbreaking story. I almost wished this had a different ending but anyway they finally have to part their ways. The reality of homophobia in the schools is very realistic. (P.S.: I live in a country where gay marriages are not allowed and homosexuality is frowned upon, so I know how bullying feels). Excellent story, I recommend it I'll give it 4.25 out of 5 stars.

Nice description of old school family wine business Italian rich family. I loved Santi. He's open and honest. I loved the supportiveness of the family members and I know the state of confusion Matt suffers. R. Cooper is one of my favourite authors for Gay Literature. I like happy endings. They know about each other's feelings only when they share their secrets with each other. Loved it, 5 on 5.
