Still suprisingly good. The character interaction is taken another step in this latest book and the story does not seem to dissapoint. While I appreciate the 'space opera-ish' feel and setting to the series, I can't help but be drawn in by the storyline, the reach of the ideas and the characterisation which is nearly almost always believable, unlike some other works in this genre. 8.5/10 for me.
