Antoinette Ratliff

Antoinette Ratliff is co-founder and administrator of Celestial Ministries and Celestial School of Arts, a non-profit that reaches out to children/families of the incarcerated. Through Celestial Ministries she mentors children whose parents are incarcerated. Through her outreach, Celestial Ministries provides gifts to over 1500 kids at Christmas annually. Some of whom go through the music programs and received full scholarships to college. She takes the wasted land and turn it into the garden of Eden.
Celestial Ministers is most well know for their drum line that is taught by alumni and others from our community.
In the Past Antoinette was Co-Founder Men Recovery home in operation for close to 17 years. She also served as Co-Director of the Prison Ministry at Lawndale Church for 12 years.
