Arlene Johnston


Along with Magassus Mountain, which combines the stories of Dempster and Addy, Arlene is also the author of Jule's Story, published in 2010 both as eBook and in Print by Pine Lake Books. She has also written a book of poetry, Poems in the Key of Life.

In 2003, her entry `The Sound of Loneliness' won first prize in the Canoe FM radio short story contest. Several of her short stories have appeared in The Haliburton County Echo's Christmas supplement. Arlene lives in the Haliburton Highlands, Ontario.
