Arturo Raymond

Arturo grew up and spent most of his life in South Lake Tahoe. Arturo Raymond is a graduate of South Tahoe High School and Western Nevada Community College. His first novel, Bernie Takes Tahoe, is a tribute and roast of his late father, and a creation of interacting with his father's unusual friends and numerous visits to Nevada casinos while growing up in South Lake Tahoe during the 1970s. This environment, along with the influences of writers like Hunter S. Thompson and Jackie Collins, to name just a few, helped shape his unique, humorous, unrestrained style of writing.
