Ally Robertson

Biography

Ally Robertson is a multi-talented artist living in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.
Like her character Caprice, Ally is also disabled from fibromyalgia, she too is a bipolar survivor, an empath and an artist who uses many mediums including: paint, pencil, digital art, photography and the written word as her medium to stay focused and to bring her joy and purpose.
Ally is currently working on several other novels.
Being a bipolar survivor, Ally is an active advocate for mental health and to all those who struggle to keep their world healthy and productive.

Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
I grew up in Niagara-On-The_Lake in Ontario Canada. I grew up in a rural farming community and was exposed to country living, farming practices, gardening and animals. I cared for horses as my first job and the horses in my story come from memories in my heart.
When did you first start writing?
I began as a teenager, but I never wrote a long story or novel length book until I reached my 40s.
