I really enjoyed reading Mazhar's Run To Earth. I felt that the characters and the new world Mazhar described were very well developed. The style of writing was excellent throughout and I didn't think that any sections were too verbose or too succinct - it all flowed really well. The comedic elements always had me laughing and the action-packed battle scenes were terrific! However, I do agree with what Megan said in her review - that the story suffered slightly because the reader experiences the world through the main character. I was slightly impatient over having to wait for the main character to learn things so the reader could learn more about the new world that Mazhar describes. But as Megan mentioned, this really is a very small criticism, and overall the book was a great read! For a debut novel, the quality of the writing, plot, and characters is outstandingly high. It's one of the best young adult books that I've read in a long time and I highly recommend it.
