Linda Hillman

Do you read inspiring books?

Ever since I was in grammar school, reading has been a treat for me. Even though as a school girl, i was plagued with a fear to read aloud. I would think to myself, I can write like this. I prided myself in learning words to describe life, emotions, and tell colorful stories. Words made me feel alive.

As a teenager, I kind of stopped reading and picked up my pen to write. I wrote about pain, I wrote about suffering, I wrote about love and heartbreak, I wrote what I saw. Thus my love for writing saved my life. It was in my writing that I found how to grow as a person.

I remember it like it was yesterday, when the Spirit of god impressed upon me to write my story. Well needless to say, I did not have a pristine life. I had experienced some awful things and more importantly , I had done some thing I would rather forget. So I struggled to tell my story. Who would want to read it anyway?

Well, I am Linda Hillman and today I write because I have something to say and I know that people will read what I say and that they will be able to make decisions that will ever change their life. I am an author, entrepreneur and absolutely in love with todays possibilities of helping others find their passion. It allows me to combine a successful coaching business pastoring a church, writing books that inspire with taking care of my family and traveling.

Having started to write my story, I started off with writing two coaching programs, a devotional, blogs and two motivational books. Recently, I have founded my own publishing house that helps aspiring authors take the guess work out of publishing their message to the world. I am enthusiastic about helping others realize their dream to publish a book using the force of today's technology to make life easier.

Let there be no misconception: I just love to write, I love reading a good book, I love my clients (coaching and authors). One would say with all that I do I am one of the busiest people you will ever meet.

As an author, I realize what you know and share is more important than what you keep to yourself. There is no better tool than to write it out!

So, do you have something to say to others?
Let me know!

In today’s microwave society, we want everything in an instant. And we want it now. Between instant gratification and a sense of entitlement, we often forget that GOD is GOD and HIS will be done. We can’t lag behind HIM and we surely can’t jump ahead of HIM. Linda A. Hillman’s new book, IN THE MEANTIME, addresses this very subject—waiting upon GOD.
