Shannon Crane

Biography

I obtained my Master’s Degree in Communication from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and have spent most of my life as a spiritual student and seeker. I’ve incorporated various spiritual philosophies and traditions into a greater understanding of the basic conceptual building blocks necessary to finding peace. I’ve been honored to contribute frequently to tinybuddha.com, omtimes.com, and various other spiritual and personal development websites.

I am passionate about how the way we give meaning to and interpret the events of our lives is in direct relationship to the quality of our life. I consider myself a dynamic speaker and prolific writer, dedicated to sharing what I have learned to help ease suffering and create more lasting peace.
