What inspires you to get out of bed each day?
I'm the curious type. I want to see what is going to happen on this fine day. I want to send out good ideas and also see how it plays out in this day's life. I enjoy creating an atmosphere of adventure, even if I don't leave the house. The imagination is a wonderful thing and it is what is ready for me each day. Yes. That's is my motivation and my plan each day!
When you're not writing, how do you spend your time?
Now that I am a communications and writing coach, I spend a bit of time chatting with people through my website and blog or talking on the phone. I try to create digital paintings weekly to keep up my skills.... and it's fun! I spend a couple of days in Seattle weekly learning from and sharing with my two grandsons and their parents. It's the best! I'm a daydreamer, so whenever I'm working around the house, I'm playing with better ways to explain our opportunities to lead satisfying and happy lives. I also spend a fair amount of time, studying. I especially like Khan Academy, a free on-line website that is dedicated to education. I love to learn new ways of thinking about life. And, of course, i find time to sit and chat about life with my husband every day!
