    I have been struggling with weight loss for the past couple of years and after reading this book, it gave me a whole new perspective about how simple a life-style change really can be without changing the things I like to eat. The author makes it very simple and straight to the point in a way that makes total sense! I would highly recommend this book to anyone who has diabetes or is trying to lose weight. I have been very successful using the tools provided in this book and have lost 17 pounds so far... it is SO exciting!
