I had a passion for baking at a very young age. After attaining my bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan, I studied the Culinary Arts at Schoolcraft College in Livonia, MI. I have also studied the Fine Arts at Eastern Michigan University. After working in the Culiary Arts as a pastry chef for Weber's Inn in Ann Arbor, MI and teaching advanced pastry classes at Washtenaw Community College, I moved into event planning and professionally planned and executed events in the private and academic sectors, everything from weddings to graduation ceremonies. Most recently I was the Director of the Michigan Engineering Fund, raising money for the U-M College of Engineering. I am now publishing eBooks and working on programs in personal self-development, helping people realize their true purpose and maximizing their potential for happiness.
