The Dark Lord's Handbook

It's an incredibly good book. It has action, adventure, magic and destruction in abundance but what really catches your attention and forces you to keep on reading it is the humour. There are so many surprises throughout the novel that by the end of it you think what now. There could not possibly be any more surprises then WHA BANG! The most surprising of all thing happens. I love the fact that Good is like a spoiled bratty kid and Evil is like a exasperated grandfather that can not understand where he went wrong. I love the fact that the lines between good and evil are blurred or in many cases non-existent. From the start to the end it's riveting and unlike any other novel I have ever read.

It was surprisingly highly entertaining. I usually don't go for short stories but the concept got me hooked and because it was free I decided to give it a try. I think this author has a lot of talent.
