I was born in Elizabeth, NJ, April 12, 1931. Graduated from Thomas Jefferson Senior High School, 1949. Lived in Israel 1949-50. One year later, I ended up in Leeds, Yorkshire, England where I attended Leeds College of Commerce and made many friends. The course I took was a one year "business intro" series of classes. Toward the middle of 1951, my visa had expired and I decided to save some money on airfare by enlisting in the USAF in England. After going through basic training in Sondhoffen, Bavaria, I was posted to the London area with the 7500th Air Base Group, 3rd Air Force. After serving overseas with less than 6 months left, I was posted to HQ 15th Air Force, a SAC base in California. In May of 1955 I requested a 2 month early separation from service in order to start College during the summer session, and graduated from Rutgers, NCAS in June, 1959 and came out with a major in English and History and a minor in Psychology and education, and a wife, the lovely Barbara. (married 1958). After teaching for a few years in Trenton, NJ, I took a one year leave of absence to attend Temple University and earned a Masters Degree in The Psychology of Reading. Returning to the Trenton Public Schools, I stayed there and retired after 30 years (1991) of teaching, History, English, Reading, and Computer literacy. In 2002 I started teaching at Rutgers University All-Life Learning Institute and am presently on leave of absence writing the story of Mimi. The first two books are completed and the third of the trilogy is slowly getting started. Reading is one of my greatest joys, aside from my family, and crossword puzzles and Sudoku are how I while away my time. I'm enjoying writing about Mimi and her constant tiffs with her Creator, and have looked forward to what she is going to say. Really, until I come to typing her words, I have no clue what's in her brain. This is my first novel. Enjoy.

The Book of Mimi I
by Daniel Aldouby
(5.00 from 1 review)
A young woman is chosen to be a prophet throughout the ages. She starts her journey on the banks of the Sea of Galilee about the time of Herod, and in Book I ends up in Spain after the advent of Ferdinand and Isabella.. The contents how hard it is to get the message translated into action, by a perky, intelligent, and funny heroine and her husband.
