Reparations is well written short story about a young woman dealing with the aftermath of a civil war between magic users and non-users. I enjoyed the voice of the story and everything flowed very well from the opening scene to the end. The story was well contained and came to definite resolution. I recommend the story.

The premise is strange but it makes sense in the end, solving a secret that you don’t anticipate. Loved the story.
