Biography

Michelle Cuttino is the “Queen of Plus-Size Fiction,” and serves as a freelance writer, talk radio host, and body positive advocate. She is the President of Big Body Publishing, the premiere publisher for content written by and geared towards plus-size women. She is the author of Love & Happiness, Love Is Blind, and Me & Mrs. Jones, an eBook series adaptation of her screenplay once optioned with Queen Latifah’s Flavor Unit Films. She is also co-author of the erotica anthology, Zane Presents… Cougar Cocktails, released under Zane’s Strebor/Simon & Schuster imprint.

Cuttino is a plus-size lifestyle blogger, who also blogs about publishing advice and industry events. She is a book reviewer and contributing writer for African Americans on the Move Book Club (AAMBC), and a columnist at Proud Times, Real Life Real Faith, and Curve Appeal Magazines. She is the owner and Executive Producer of Big Body Broadcasting, her BlogTalkRadio network that hosts three unique talk radio shows.

Cuttino is a motivational speaker who believes in sharing her life experiences to teach valuable lessons about faith, forgiveness, and emotional wealth. Her passion is turning her dealing process into a healing process. Her mission is to teach others it’s never too late to start over. Cuttino’s speaking engagements are not tailored as “How-to” sessions. Instead, they are “I will” workshops focused on being the best you possible.

Cuttino was born and raised in Bronx, New York, and spent her formative years between New York and her parents’ hometown of Georgetown, South Carolina. She is single and still resides in the Bronx with her son.
