Kostas Dimitriadis is a veterinarian (DVM). He has delved deeply in anthrozoology, evolutionary psychology and ethology. He has travelled the four corners of the world studying local cultures. As a veterinarian he has done volunteer work in animal welfare organizations for the protection of stray animals for many years. He has worked in ARCHELON, the Sea Turtle Protection Society of Greece, and EKPAZ - Hellenic Wildlife Hospital, a wildlife care and rehabilitation center. His books and articles focus on the behavioral psychology of humans as part of nature, animal behavior as well as human animal interaction.
