Loved Lord of Misrule! Gail’s descriptions are so colorful! I was right there in the moment, living Cassie and Adam’s emotions along with them. The anticipation of what each new day would bring kept my “candle burning”, i.e., i pad lit up, late every night. Now, I’m missing both Cassie and Adam, as well as all the good folk of Little Macclow. I so want to know how their lives will unfold - a sequel perhaps? I think I’m in withdrawal now!
