Jonathan Coleman Jr was born on 4/6/73 in Bartow.FL, Moved to Sacramento, California In 1981 From Grand Rapits, MI. He started writing at the young age of 12, about life and what was going on around him. In 1984 hip-hop was his way of venting his views on life as he seen it.Jonathan also got involved with gangs, drug dealing,prison life you name it. But as the positive messages and images start leaving in the black communities, so did Jonathan now known as Bro.Hamza Farooq who name was changed during his coversion to Al-Islam, He's now a Minister/Speaker/Writer and Activies of rightiousness, peace and unity for his Hebrew Israelite family and people around the world. His pen has became his gun of choice. So today he is boldly taking his position in writing world fighting against all the evil misguided ways that he once displayed.
