Brynn Elizabeth Hadler has always had a passion for health. As a mother of two children, she loves to share her enthusiasm for healthy food with kids, and teach them that "good for you" can also mean "yummy".
Her interest in food allergies began after one of her two children was diagnosed with multiple life threatening food allergies to peanuts, tree nuts, coconuts, prawn and soy. Her second child was allergic to strawberries.
After copious research into allergies, asthma and the immune system, Brynn realized that she could share the information she had uncovered with other parents in a similar situation. AllergyBytes (www.allergybytes.com) was developed to educate parents on how they can help optimize their children's health. Prior to founding AllergyBytes, Brynn worked in life science technology, and earned an MBA from Berkeley's Haas School of Business while raising two children.
A healthy balanced diet is important for our kids. But how do we get them to eat it? And why is healthy eating vital for an allergic child? This e-book answers your questions and offers seven alternatives to the infamous “hide it in the junk food” approach.
