Smashwords Interview

What's the story behind your latest book?
My latest book is titled Nothing Everything Nothing. It's a YA novel dealing with cyber bullying, depression, and suicide. The inspiration came when I found out my younger cousin was in the hospital after attempting suicide. I knew I couldn't help her, I didn't know how. What I knew was writing. I wanted to write something that stayed true to the struggle people with depression faced, but I also wanted to show that there was hope somewhere in all that.
What are you working on next?
I've just finished the 2nd draft of a YA novel. Next up is a YA fantasy featuring witches from various traditions. Don't worry, there's no hidden schools or wands here.
