Charles Story has over 27 years experience in the career development arena and is certified as an executive coach by the Behavioral Coaching Institute. Charles has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Public Administration.
As president of ECS (Exceptional Coaching Solutions) Group, Inc., he provides coaching solutions to businesses that want to develop and retain a strong base of executive talent. ECS clientele have included: Kraft Foods, BE&K, Safeco, Deloitte, three Big Four Accounting firms, Lockheed Martin, Barclays Capital, Bank of America, Fortune 100 Beverage Company, Sikorsky (a United Technologies Company), Allstate, Vanderbilt, Gaylord Hotels, Harris Corporation, Chubb Insurance, Turner Universal.
Prior to developing his own company, Charles served almost 13 years as president and CEO of INROADS, one of the largest career and leadership develop organizations in the country. He has worked with executives at all levels and understands the wide array of skills and competencies required to excel short-term and long-term. In addition, he cumulatively has more than 25 years and a corporate director. This gives Charles a particularly unique, practical, and business-specific view that adds significant value to the work with his clients.
