Carolinda Witt lives in beautiful Sydney, Australia with her long-term partner, three children and an ageing little pug. Carolinda keeps herself fit and healthy by practising The Five Tibetan Rites, which she began in 2000. She has since taught the Rites to many thousands of people all over the world through her books, DVD and workshops - and attributes them to her youthful appearance and energetic outlook.

Her latest book is about her spy grandfather, Walter Dicketts, aka Double Agent Celery, who married four times, and maintained two mistresses during two of those marriages. Carolinda is the daughter of one of his mistresses and her mother, Tonie, never even knew her father's name.
