Nadene Carter lives in northern Utah in a rural setting with her husband, Royce; two horses, two cats, and Rico--a rule-the-roost MinPin dog. Besides writing, she enjoys working with her hands: gardening, knitting, crocheting, spinning, and weaving.
Instead of teaching the so called rules of writing, this workbook presents principals of writing based on concepts rather than rules. As you progress through this study material, you will learn the basics of fiction writing by mastering the concepts presented in each chapter. If you go a step further and do the assigned work, you may come away with the first draft of a novel.
