Smashwords Interview

When did you first start writing?
Back in 2006. I've always loved to read. I always wrote growing up, but 2006 was the year I decided to make a real go of it.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
I decided not to give up or get discouraged when I couldn't find an agent or publisher. It's such a hard industry to break into. When I found out I could do it myself, I was ecstatic. Plus, now I do everything my way, I don't have to compromise.
