Casheena Parker
Biography
Casheena Parker was born and raised in Michigan in a single parent home with her two siblings. She grew to love words at an early age and reading soon became her favorite past time. She began to use that love of words to express herself through her poetry. Eventually trying to self-publish her first collection of teenage poetry entitled “Visons of a Young Girl” while attending Eastern Michigan University.
She continued to grow in her writing and began writing short stories. She was a featured writer in the Westland Writers Collections for three years in a row as a poet and a short story writer.
As a stay-at-home mother of four she continues to write, believing that she is the voice for those who feel they don’t have one.
Ruthless is her first novel.
