Charles Mackay

Biography

During a working lifetime of teaching (riding and driving, English as a foreign language, reeling, meditation and Hatha Yoga) the author has always sought the method, conditions and attitude of mind of the learner to make himself unnecessary and for the students to realize as rapidly as possible their own true potential. It is this desire for people to thrive that manifests itself ultimately in this book.

He himself was one of the ‘sincerely wrong’ mentioned in the book and would like to apologize to his children for the unreflecting transmission to them of all the tenets of the paradigm. Hopefully this book and the work leading up to it will go some way to undo any damage done. He lives in France with his wife and three children.
