Chris offers wisdom gleaned from his experiences of having served for many years as a psychotherapist. Additionally, he had been a certified life-coach, Judo Sensei (instructor), Taoist philosopher, author, artist, musician, mindfulness-meditation instructor, and other life roles.

Chris suffers from a chronic neurological condition that resulted in his taking early retirement. However, he continues to inspire others!
