Consuelo Vazquez


Author Consuelo Vazquez was born in Havana and raised in Northern New Jersey. Writing also as Connie Keenan, she's the author of over 100 short stories, several romance novels, and a few YA titles. One of her earlier works, SALSA KISS, was serialized on As Connie Keenan, her contemporary romance AND THEN CAME YOU was a 1999 Romantic Times Reviewers' Choice Nominee. Consuelo is a mom and grandmother who lives in North Carolina with her husband, Bill, with whom she's shared a wonderful romance that has spanned over 30 years.
