I liked the author's view point, but don't think the title is appealing. I was expecting this book to be more of an actual diet plan, so I was pleasantly surprized by the lack of an actual "diet." Maybe "30 Days to Improve your Eating Lifestyle" would better describe what her book was about. She does a great job with her suggestions, ideas, daily changes...etc. Nice first book!
