Donald Houser wrote Escape From The Presidio, his first novel, in the early 1970s and recently revised and reformatted it for publication. He attended the University of Illinois, where he earned a B.S. in metallurgical engineering. As a utility engineer he worked in Greece, England, and the United States. An avid traveler, he has circumnavigated the globe. He enjoys literature, movies, wood sculpture, and tennis. He lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
