After serving for around five years as a Teaching and Training Ministry Department Head, the Leadership and he came to an agreement that he serves part-time in the church and shift his position to the next Elders' Board General Secretary. Consequently, he served on the Elders' Board for two terms (six years), then went back to school for further training. Dagmawi did his MA in Biblical and Theological Studies and then, MTh in Practical Theology at the Ethiopian Graduate School of Theology. Dagmawi is happily married to Zenash Degu for more than a decade and is a father of three sons. Currently, he is teaching and preaching all over Ethiopia and wherever the call comes.
This book is about the political situation making an impact on Ethiopian Evangelical Churches' group dynamics. The persecution forced the Evangelicals to go to the underground church to worship the Lord secretly. Whereas, the pacification let them go public and in mass. In both cases, there were no proper Small Group Ministry organizations and administrations in a more scientific way.
