Smashwords Interview

Describe your desk
I don't really have a desk. I have a white table in my room but that's not quite my desk. My desk is wherever I can settle down and write or draw like a bathroom, an airplane table, or a bedside table.
Where did you grow up, and how did this influence your writing?
Being a military child, I've moved around. I was born in California but moved three or four years after that to England where I spent the next three years. I don't think that England was what really influenced me. It was Nebraska that really had me writing short romance novels. Eventually, I was interested in poetry and in the 'shadow world' of vampires and werewolves.
