Angel's Kiss

I absolutely loved this book! With a unique story-line
on angels and vampires, and slight elements of the
ancient egyptian era, this book had a truly wonderful
and captivating aspect that I do not always see in
many other books. The main characters are portrayed
as very strong but also remain vulnerable as a true
person would be.
Once I started reading, I could not put it down! I am
truly impressed by the author's way of writing ... It
truly makes me feel as if I am a part of the story
itself and holds me captivated and definitely wanting
more! :)
I do hope to see further sequels coming in the future from this author with this story-line, and possibly different story-lines in the future as well. I look forward to following this author on her journey in writing books! :)

Bright Star
on Jan. 02, 2013
I enjoyed reading Bright Star and really liked the story of the
book. If you like dystopian fantasy you will definitely like this book! I was pulled into the story and before I knew it, it was at the end of the book. I am looking forward to reading the
next installment to see what happens next. Bright Star hows,
that even if you are one person, no matter your age, no matter who you are, there are things you can do to help change the world just by tackling one passionate issue at a time. There are a few spelling and grammar issues that need to be addressed but they were not often enough to cause a problem, I was able to read through them. The characters could be expanded a little more in some areas - either by more background or by making them more relatable.

Indulge, Warm Delicacy Series, Book 2
on Jan. 31, 2013
Indulge picks up where Savor left off and the action is non-stop! There are a few spelling/grammar/syntax errors that need to be addressed, but they are not enough to cause a problem while reading. There are several twists in the plot that I didn't expect to happen, the suspense and mystery is written so well that I think I have an idea about who or what may be the problem, but then something occurs that makes me question whether I am on the right track or not! One thing, for sure, is that Claire is beginning to embrace her destiny and the duty that seems to be only something that she can deal with. Claire is definitely coming into her own, with confidence, loyal friends, and her own self-discoveries. She is gaining the confidence and trust in herself that allow her to speak up when she feels that there is a better way of handling things. She is also finding out that she has some excellent insights on possible strategies that can be used to fight the evil that is coming - strategies that many of the
older "clan" are either unwilling to try, or have not had any way to try to put into practice. Claire is learning to embrace the role of a leader. I can't wait to read the next book in the series!! It would be nice to see some more in-depth relationship with Claire's "newest" vampire parents to create a more solid relationship with them, as well as to possibly solidify the relationships for any future plot lines though.

Dreams of the Queen (The Brajj 1)
on March 08, 2013
I really liked this book. It had a very unique perspective that I
have not read before. The characters are believable, the story keeps you in suspense, and the ending was phenomenal. Definitely not how I expected it to end. There were a few spelling errors, but it didn't hinder my reading of the book.

The Undead Heart (#1 in the Blood Thirst Series)
on July 17, 2013
I really liked reading The Undead Heart! The characters are very well developed and the plot is captivating. There were several spots where spelling & grammar needs to be corrected, but it was still easy to read through, at least for me. I look forward to reading book Two!
