Biography

Dan Savery Raz is a journalist, who also loves to write poetry and fiction. Born in England and based in Tel Aviv, he is co-author of a number of Lonely Planet books including the Israel & the Palestinian Territories guide, Best in Travel, Happy, Street Food, Global Beer Tour and more. He has also written for BBC.com, Haaretz and the Times of Israel. His poetry has been published in Private Photo Review and his short stories in Jewish Fiction. In 2011, he published The Last Stanza, a poetry anthology for African refugees in Tel Aviv. The QWERTY MAN is his debut novel.
